    +1 to Marek’s suggestion. Clip on tri bars are w good shout too, though would definitely suggest practicing on them as a team before the day!

    Cheers for leading the ride David! It was fun, before my legs went pop! Also thanks for nursing me back to caterham, shouting down my feeble pleas to head to oxted to jump on the train!

    Will be back out again next week, hopefully stronger from today’s experience!

    I agree wit Russell here. Clip on bars tri-bars make a massive difference for quite a small cost. Helmet can make a bit of difference though that is a bit more costly.
